Man Utd v Hull - EFL Cup - 20:00
Man Utd are in their best form of the season following eight straight wins in all competitions, a terrific run which includes their last five at Old Trafford since a draw against West Ham in November. As for Hull, they did get off to a winning start under new manager Marco Silva in Saturday's 2-0 FA Cup win over Swansea, but seeing as that was just their third win in 18, we're not so sure they'll earn anything on Tuesday. The Tigers have struggled particularly away from home this season and are without a league away win since August - The Tigers have lost their last eight on the road, with Robert Snodgrass' consolation in the defeat at the Hawthorns last Monday their only away goal since mid October. The outright home win is far too short for us, but the win to nil looks a great shout - 8/11 at betway.
Barrow v Southport - National League - 19:45
Despite suffering their first defeat since mid August last time out in a 4-1 loss at Gateshead, we'll be backing Barrow on Tuesday night against strugglers Southport. Barrow were 19 league matches unbeaten until their 4-1 defeat at the International Stadium on New Year's Eve, but their home record remains almost impeccable following eight wins in 12 at Holker Street. Struggling Southport have lost five of their last seven on the road, failing to score in recent trips to Solihull Moors, Boreham Wood and Wrexham. Barrow won 1-4 at Southport back in September and the visitors have lost on their last two visits to Holker Street. The home win is 8/13 at betway.
Macclesfield v Dover - National League - 19:45
We're expecting a very tight game between two in form sides at the Moss Rose Ground on Tuesday. Nine goals have been scored in Macclesfield's last two homes against high flyers Tranmere and Bromley, with BTTS landing in both. Dover have failed to score just twice away from home since the opening day, and have netted a whopping 11 goals in their last three on the road at Maidstone, Forest Green and Sutton Utd. BTTS takes our pick.
